Q.What time is check-in/check-out?
A.Check-in is 15:00, check-out is 10:00
Q.Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
A.Please inquire at the front desk.
Q.What time is check-in until?
A.If you will arrive after 18:00, please contact the inn. The final meal time starts at 20:00.
Q.Is it wheelchair accessible?
A.Wheelchair access is possible from the 1st floor front lobby to the rooms (excluding 8 tatami rooms and some Western-style rooms).
There are steps in the public bath. Please inquire for details.
Wheelchair rentals are also available. Please contact us in advance.

Q.What does the meal consist of?
A.The dinner menu varies depending on the season and plan, but it will be a Japanese kaiseki meal with around 10 dishes using seafood and mountain produce.
Breakfast will be a Japanese breakfast for each person.

A.Please contact us in advance. We will respond as soon as possible.
Q.What does the child eat?
A.Settings vary depending on the accommodation rate.
For 70% of the adult price – Kaiseki meal equivalent to adults
50% of the adult price ~ Children’s lunch (hamburger, tempura, soup, chawanmushi, temari sushi, etc.)

Q.Until what time can I take a bath?
A.The public bath is open from night until midnight and from 5:00 to 9:00 in the morning.
Q.What kind of bathroom amenities are there?
A.We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, comb, hair dryer, and valuables box.

A.There is a smoking booth in front of the 1st floor shop.

A.Free Wifi is available in the 1F lobby as well as in the guest rooms.

A.There is a free parking lot (capacity for 70 cars) in front of the entrance.
Q.Do you have a pick-up service?
A.We are sorry, but we do not provide a shuttle service.
Q.Where is the nearest station?
A.The nearest station is JR Yonago Station. It is convenient to take a local bus or taxi from the station.
・By bus, it takes about 25 minutes and costs 300 yen (for adults). (As of March 23, 2023)
(Please take the Yonago Bus Terminal bus stop number 3 bound for Kaike Onsen. Get off at the Kaike Onsen Tourist Center and walk for 1 minute.)
Q.Where is the nearest airport?
A.Yonago Kitaro Airport. From the airport, a shuttle bus (charges apply) runs between Yonago Airport and JR Yonago Station, depending on the flight.
Q.Do I need chains on my car in winter?
A.There is a possibility of snowfall in winter, so we recommend that you prepare studless tires or chains.
